Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as frozen food items require strict temperature control and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Order not delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within a few working days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
